by The VisitBritain National Quality Assurance Standards for Guest Accommodation, UK.

Silvia Kogan has successfully completed a programme of training and assessment and achieved a 'Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene' issued by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.

Silvia Kogan is certified by the 'Hospitable Climates Campaign' managed by the 'Hotel & Catering International Management Association' in partnership with the 'Government's Energy Efficiency Best Practice programme'.
